Tiny room with a tinier bathroom, but clean. Don't depend on their wifi too much. It rarely works. Breakfast service is very basic.

Absolutely horrible hotel, arrived and only had booking for 2 of our 3 rooms. And confirmed that it was their mistake. Attendant offered no solution, never apologized, and was completely arrogant. Hid behind an excuse that he was just the Saturday attendant, and had no means to ask for managerial support.
EXTREMLY bad experience, abysmal customer service, never stay at this hotel if you have heard of the expression "Mutton done up as lamb", or. If you understand the airline industry practices of yield management by overbooking. -

Hotel Mondial looks grand from the outside and entrance, a fair deal of effort has been made to give the impression of luxury and elegance. The hotel is located with easy access to the city and many local attractions, shops and restaurants. You have to be careful when you book here as some of the rooms are a great deal nicer than others, when you book you are often only shown photographs of the more superior rooms and this can lead to disappointment. The service and staff within this hotel are quite polite and professional and they do try to accommodate any issues and concerns you have. This hotel will suffice you if you only need a room for an odd night or two or if you book a superior room.
